At Orecommerce LTD, we strive to provide high-quality virtual assistant services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we have established the following refund policy to address such situations.

2. Services Already Initiated

No refunds will be provided for services that have already been initiated. Once work has begun on your account, the service is considered rendered.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service cancellation within the first 48 hours (before work begins)
  • Significant service delivery issues on our part
  • Mutual agreement between client and Orecommerce LTD
  • Force majeure events preventing service delivery

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at orecommerceamazon@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your account details and reason for the request
  3. Provide any supporting documentation
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for initial review

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method when possible.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Setup and onboarding fees
  • Platform subscription fees paid on your behalf
  • Third-party tool costs
  • Completed deliverables

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us first. We will work with you to resolve any issues before considering a refund request.
